Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy

Penthouse Beauté

 

At Penthouse Beauté , we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours of receiving them; however, we reserve the right to ship within 1-7 business days of order placement.

 

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday -Friday (excluding holidays).

Once shipped, packages typically take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

 If your package has not arrived within 14 business days, we will re-ship the product with a signature required upon delivery.

 

Tracking & Liability

 A tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number on file at checkout.

 Penthouse Beauté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

 

Address Corrections & Re-Shipping

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to:

1. Re-direct the package through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

2. Re-ship the package if it is returned to Penthouse Beauté due to an address issue.

In-Store Pickup Policy

 

Penthouse Beauté offers in-store pickup for select products. Please note the following:

 

Not all products available online are eligible for in-store pickup however they can be ordered and shipped to the store for pick up. 
 

Customers will receive a pickup confirmation email once the order is ready. This can take 1-4 business days to process.

 

Please do not visit the store for pickup until you have received your pickup confirmation email.


 A valid photo ID and order confirmation must be presented at the time of pickup.


 

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

At this time we are not taking any returns or exchanges.
